Refund Policy
We want billing to be understandable and fair. This policy explains cancellations, renewals, and refund requests for Drip Type subscriptions.
Cancel anytime
You may cancel a subscription before its next renewal through the account portal once billing launches. Access will ordinarily continue until the end of the paid billing period, and cancelling prevents future renewal charges.
Refund requests
If Drip Type does not work as materially described and our support process cannot resolve the issue, submit a refund request within 14 days of the initial purchase. Include the account email, charge date, plan, and a short explanation.
Renewals
Renewal charges are generally non-refundable after a new billing period begins, except where required by law or where a duplicate or erroneous charge occurred. We will show renewal terms before checkout.
Trials and promotions
Any trial length, promotional price, eligibility rule, and conversion date will be disclosed when offered. Cancelling before a trial ends prevents the paid subscription from starting.
Apple or third-party purchases
If a future version is sold through the Mac App Store or another marketplace, that marketplace's billing and refund rules may apply, and requests may need to be submitted directly to it.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Bank processing times vary and may take several business days after issuance.
